Taking Saudi Arabia’s Vision
to New Heights with GITEX 2022

In a world that is increasingly focused on technological advancement, countries around the globe are competing to become global leaders in innovation and technology. Being one of the most developed countries, there is no better opportunity for Saudi Arabia to mark its place in the game than GITEX, one of the largest technology and innovation events in the Middle East.

Saudi Arabia has long been considered a powerhouse in the Middle East, and its participation in GITEX 2022 is a clear indication of its commitment to the development of technology and the transformation of its economy.

The true aim behind the country’s participation in the event was to showcase its latest technological developments, including the “Saudi Vision 2030,” which is an ambitious plan to diversify the economy and promote innovation.

In preparation for GITEX 2022, the Ministry of Interiors partnered with us to develop a stand that holds the same pride as the country. The Saudi Pavilion at GITEX 2022 turned out to be one of the most prominent stands at the event, setting a significant milestone for Saudi Arabia to become the leading technology hub in the region.

Client Requirements


When joining hands with the Ministry of Interiors, we pledged to create something impeccable that captures the essence of Vision 2030 and show it to the global audience present at GITEX 2022. 

After a comprehensive brainstorming session with the team, the requirements were as clear as the sky to us. The prime objective presented to us was to WOW the guests with an experience that accentuates the pride of Vision 2030, thus creating a powerful impact and reaching out to the target audience. 

Another requirement they wished to be included was to create an immersive experience for the viewers with technology. In total, we created eight experiences, including two large screen stands and multiple smaller interactive installations adorned with immersiveness and technology. 

Challenges To Surpass


The greater the challenge, the greater the triumph will be. Just like always, time was a big constraint for us, but what we found to be more challenging was something else. As we said earlier, GITEX 2022 is one of the largest technology and innovation events in the world, so it had about 5,000 companies and over 170,000 attendees from 176 countries, spanning two million sq. ft. of exhibition space, matching the scale of 33 football fields.

So capturing the attention of that number of people in such a limited time with limited space and wowing them enough to create an impact that truly matters was the true challenge for us. 

Formulating an Impeccable Solution

Beating against all the odds, we finally crafted a solution that meets the pride of the country; one huge screen sharing the vision of the crowned prince of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud, and multiple smaller interactive installations highlighting the products and services of the Saudi Government and Ministry of Interiors.
